I’ve been looking and waiting for smaller-sized Oakley’s to get back into the Employee Store pretty much ever since I started working at Oakley back in July of 2006.
Needlesstosay, the Fives XS have never been re-stocked, but I was thrilled to see these Mag 4’s come up on OakleyVault.com recently so I bought three of them for my kids. Just in time too. I think we sold out of them pretty fast. We had several hundred, but they all went within the first few hours of being up. It’s good to have the inside track, hehe. { Sent from my iPhone }

I can’t believe some people trashed some of these rare and exotic cars for $4500 credit or less. Click through to the Jalopnik post for more images (not the actual cars trashed, basic PR photos) but the original story was published by the Detroit Free Press.

Some may wonder why anyone would want a present that makes you work, but this is a gift most auto enthusiasts would appreciate. Now, I can throw away all the old supplies I had which definitely have had their share of use.

Here are some before and after pics using the Best Camera iPhone app by Chase Jarvis on some of my old iPhone photos. This seems to be a pretty nice simple post processing app that can sweeten iPhone photos without transferring them to your computer. Doesn't go too far with the effects like most do and you have the ability to modify the various filters in a non-destructive way...well, at least it's non-destructive before you save it.
I wish there was more control over highlights and shadows since some of these have gotten more blown out than I'd like, but in general, this app does a pretty good job. Not surprising since this was developed by a photographer.
