My brothers' kids are surprisingly awake and well-behaved after traveling a lot today from SJ to LA and a 4-hour layover. And we have a 14 hour flight ahead of us. Hope they can sustain, LOL...

Since we were in the area after his haircut, I took the boy to check out the tank at work. I asked if he wanted to climb up on it. He said "no" O_o
And there's a few shots of him walking around the RC track in the back.
The boy played Need for Speed first, then Godzilla. Now he's getting his mop top chopped.

The boy loves cars. He’s too short to drive go karts. Pedal power is the next best thing. While filming this, I kept thinking he was going to drift right into the pool…but the boy has skillz, LOL.
Shot with Canon 5D Mark II and edited with Final Cut Express. I'm a little annoyed with how difficult it is to lock specific exposure settings so the lighting gets kinda out of wack. Boy was driving too fast anyways and I couldn’t keep up so I just let the camera do it’s thing. Color grading also got a little nutty due to the exposure differences. Oh well.
